I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The room was amazing with a balcony providing fabulous views. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Yulia and Jack who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was superb, right in the heart of Milan with easy access to everything. The dining experience was delightful with a great selection of gluten-free options. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
